Sunshine Coast Gut Club

The Sunshine Coast Gut Club is an initiative designed to promote learning, scientific evidence based practice and collaboration. This complimentary professional education lecture series is pitched at Gastroenterologists, Surgeons, Physicians, Pathologists, Radiologists, General Practitioners with a GI interest and other health professionals on the Sunshine Coast. Through the medium of interactive lectures and other educational initiatives, we hope to create a bridge spanning public and private practice.

In building this community our aim is to encourage up to date, evidence based medicine for the benefit of both patients and health care professionals. We are privileged to have the support of high quality speakers, the Gastroenterology & Hepatology faculty at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital and Industry - all of whom, through their donation of knowledge, effort and sponsorship, enable this important educational endeavour.
